My Approach
Every child is different — there is no one-size-fits-all therapy.
My approach is play-based physical therapy that integrates games, toys and interactive activities into sessions to address physical challenges. Purposeful play are activities challenging enough to promote growth but achievable enough to maintain the child’s motivation. I work with children in their home and in the community, parks and playgrounds where the children learn to overcome their challenges in real life settings.
Early therapy matters because a child’s brain has the greatest ability to adapt and form new connections in the first years of life. This natural ability — called neuroplasticity — allows therapy to have the greatest long-term impact when started early.
Treatment plans are fully individualized and modified to address each child changing needs as they grow and develop.
Family involvement is essential. Parents and caregivers are active participants in the process, and I provide simple, practical guidance you can use between sessions. Progress is a team effort.
